Twin Peaks Loop 4 Mile
My 4 mile training run for today was a 4 mile race with my local running club, Dolphin South End Runners. This was an uphill climb and then a descent. I ran this one at a 10:11 pace (Ignore the pace on the Garmin. That pace was recorded at the very moment that I snapped this photo and not the overall average.) I'm feeling great. St. George training is coming along very smoothly!
