Final Run Before The Half

This was my final run before next week's half marathon. I ran 8.25 miles @ 11:30 through Golden Gate Park, up 10th, into Mountain Lake Park, through Sea Cliff, and along the trails of Lands End. I will now taper off and carb up. Seven days until the San Jose Rock & Roll Half Marathon BABY!!!!
